“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”
1 Corinthians 2:9

It is my pleasure to bring forth greetings on behalf of the officers and members of the Junior and Young People’s Department. I offer my congratulations to all ushers of this prestigious organization for the completion of their 71st National Convention which took place in Reno-Sparks, Nevada this year.

As first ushers for Christ, it is the Junior Departments vision to keep Him intertwined in everything we do. We know that without Him there is no way that our organization would be able to exceed such heights. Therefore the Junior and Young People’s primary goal is to cultivate putting God on the frontline so we can better serve His people.

Furthermore, the Junior and Young People acknowledge that  communication is the key to success. We strive for better communication lines not only inside of the department, but also between our supervisors as well as the Young Adult and Senior departments.

In addition we want to continue to nurture the leadership skills, which have already been developed within our department. We want the pattern of successful young people to continue with us.  It is our wish to instill in our members characteristics that they will not only be able to practice in the church setting, but also take outside into real world situations.

I pray that the blood of Jesus continues to cover this organization and its members. I also pray that we continue to remain not only faithful to Him, but to the ministry that we claim. I look forward to seeing each and every one of you in Orlando, Florida  for our celebration of the Department's 72nd National Convention!

“And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?” –Luke 2:49
