Reservations Guarantee: In order to guarantee a reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit of one night's room rate $169.29 for each room reserved. The charge will be deducted from the total bill upon checkout. Should there be an invalid or declined credit card the hotel is required to contact the guest for a valid credit card. If no contact is made within 72 hours the reservation will be cancelled.
The Cut-Off Date to Make a Reservation is Monday, July 6, 2026, Central Standard Time.
The Board is asking members, if possible, to make your lodging reservation by December 31, 2025.
This will assist with determining whether our meeting space will be cut!
Refundable Deposit: Deposits are refunded in full if a reservation is cancelled by June 1, 2026 (11:59 PM Central Standard Time).
Any reservations cancelled after June 1, 2026 are non-refundable.
