- National President - 1959 to 1964
- In 1960, recommended that each usher donate one
cent a week, totaling fifty-two cents a year, to establish a $10,000 educational scholarship fund to help educate our youth. - In1961,the educational scholarship recommendation was adopted.
- In 1964, the $10,000 goal was attained and scholarships in the amount of $2,000, $1,200, $800 and $400 were awarded to four young people in 1965.

In July 1967, under Mable Grey's leadership as State President of Massachusetts that we held a national convention in a hotel for the first time. The ushers were housed in the Boston Hilton Hotel, Park Square, Boston, Massachusetts. All functions were held in the hotel. |
